Areg AI has expanded to the Helios 2 solar plant. The 6.276 MWp facility sits in the Aragatsotn region of Armenia. The plant now runs on the Areg AI platform, which manages solar operations to lift output and cut running costs.
What Areg AI brings to the plant
Areg AI runs Helios 2 on its full-stack platform, which moves solar operations from reactive to autonomous. Aerial and ground inspection and a live digital twin keep a full picture of the site. The analytics and forecasting layer then catches faults early and predicts performance, so problems surface before they cost energy.
From there, the platform puts Areg.AI's robotics fleet to work on the ground, from autonomous inspection to water-free cleaning and vegetation control. The SCADA layer ties it together, so a fault detected in software becomes a work order and then action in the field.
The measurable impact
The deployment targets three results. Areg AI expects at least 10% more energy production, at least 15% lower operational costs, and stronger long-term resilience. Those gains come from catching faults early and running maintenance before failures.
