Key Capabilities

Everything your solar plant needs. Autonomous.

Dual-Domain Inspection

Ground-level and aerial inspection in one platform — simultaneous thermal, visual, and structural coverage.

Integrated AIRBOT Deployment

Retractable platform launches and recovers AIRBOT on demand — fully autonomous, no manual handling.

Solar Panel Inspection

Hotspot, wiring, combiner box, inverter, structural, and microcrack EL detection from ground and air.

AI Anomaly Detection

FPGA/Jetson on-device AI — online and offline, real-time anomaly identification.

Thermal + Visual Imaging

640 × 512 LWIR thermal and 1980 × 1040 RGB with 8–120 mm zoom on ground sensor head.

Autonomous Navigation

GNSS + LiDAR + vision fusion — all-terrain, 24/7, scheduled or on-demand.

ERP & Digital Twin Integration

Mission planning, automated reporting, and real-time positioning via the areg.ai platform.

Security Surveillance

Perimeter patrol and site monitoring from ground and aerial perspectives simultaneously.

OPERATIONAL MODES

Autonomous Inspection
ERP dispatches a mission. RAPTOR navigates to the inspection zone, performs ground-level scanning, and deploys AIRBOT for aerial coverage — both relay anomaly data to the digital twin in real time.
On-Demand Mission
Operator triggers immediate inspection via ERP or remote control. RAPTOR executes ground and aerial inspection in sequence or simultaneously based on mission configuration.
Surveillance Patrol
RAPTOR follows a defined ground patrol route while deploying AIRBOT for simultaneous aerial surveillance — full site coverage from a single dispatched unit.
Operational Highlights
Dual-Domain Coverage
Ground sensors cover combiner boxes, wiring, and structural elements while AIRBOT simultaneously maps the full panel field from above — complete site coverage in a single mission.
Integrated Aerial Deployment
AIRBOT is housed in a retractable platform on RAPTOR. Covers open on command; AIRBOT launches and recovers autonomously — no manual handling or fixed launch infrastructure required.
End-to-End Reporting
Every mission generates a unified report combining ground and aerial findings — geo-tagged, severity-rated, and assigned for resolution directly through the ERP maintenance workflow.

Inspection Workflow

A fully autonomous inspection workflow from planning to actionable reporting.

01
Plan

Mission planned via ERP; RAPTOR and AIRBOT confirmed ready

02
Deploy

RAPTOR navigates to the zone; the AIRBOT platform opens and the drone launches

03
Inspect

Simultaneous ground thermal/visual scan and aerial survey at configured altitude

04
Detect

AI detection on both platforms; results geo-tagged and relayed to the digital twin

05
Report

Unified ERP report; AIRBOT recovers to RAPTOR; RAPTOR returns to dock

Dual-Domain Inspection. One autonomous system.

The most advanced solar plant inspection platform in the AregAI fleet. RAPTOR combines full ground-level inspection with on-demand aerial deployment — two inspection domains, one autonomous system, one ERP command loop.

Ground sensor head and integrated AIRBOT deliver simultaneous thermal, visual, and structural coverage.
FPGA/Jetson on-device AI detects anomalies in real time — online and offline, geo-tagged to the digital twin.
One RAPTOR replaces separate ground and drone deployments — less fleet, less coordination, lower cost.
