Areg AI has deployed its intelligent monitoring and optimization platform at Helios 1, a 6.237 MWp solar power plant located in Aragatsotn, Armenia. The deployment integrates AI-driven soiling detection, optimized cleaning schedules, predictive maintenance, and faster fault detection into the plant's daily operations.

Commitments Backed by Proven Results

Based on demonstrated performance improvements across its existing portfolio in Armenia, Areg AI is targeting measurable outcomes at Helios 1: a minimum 9.75% increase in energy generation, at least a 14% reduction in operational costs, and continued investment in the plant's long-term resilience and reliability.

These targets are grounded in operational results already achieved elsewhere in the portfolio, where AI-driven soiling detection and condition-based cleaning strategies alone accounted for more than seven percentage points of generation uplift.

What the Platform Delivers

With Areg AI now live at Helios 1, the plant gains continuous performance monitoring, automated anomaly detection, and a direct link between identifying a problem and dispatching the resolution. Work orders are generated and prioritized by the platform — not manually queued by operators reviewing dashboards after the fact.

For the plant's operators, this translates to faster fault resolution, reduced reliance on fixed inspection schedules, and a data-backed connection between every maintenance action and its measurable impact on energy output.
